1. About This Project
The Igbo Audio Bible Project is an independent audio production conceived, narrated, and produced by Chukwudi John-Paul Ogbonna Eke and published, administered, and maintained by NK-Kindness Foundation, Austria. The project has been created to make the Holy Bible more accessible to Igbo-speaking people around the world through high-quality spoken audio while also contributing to the preservation and promotion of the Igbo language.

The legal relationship between the Author and Producer is governed by separate legal agreements relating to intellectual property, publishing, licensing, and succession.

2. Source Bible Text
The audio recordings are based on the published Igbo Catholic Bible (Baịbụl Nsọ – Nhazi Katọlik), which is derived from the New Revised Standard Version (NRSV) – Catholic Edition. The underlying Bible text remains subject to the intellectual property rights of its respective copyright holders.

3. Audio Production
The narration, recording, editing, organisation, quality review, chapter structure, metadata, website presentation, and overall production of the Igbo Audio Bible have been independently developed as part of the Igbo Audio Bible Project by Chukwudi John-Paul Ogbonna Eke.
Unless otherwise stated, the ownership, publication, administration, licensing, and long-term stewardship of the original audio recordings and accompanying project materials are governed by the applicable intellectual property, publishing, licensing, and succession agreements relating to the Igbo Audio Bible Project.

4. Purpose of the Project
The Igbo Audio Bible has been developed for educational, cultural, pastoral, and faith-based purposes.
Its primary objectives are to:
•    Make the Holy Bible more accessible to Igbo-speaking communities worldwide.
•    Support elderly persons, individuals living with visual impairments, and people

      with limited literacy skills.
•    Promote engagement with the Scriptures through spoken Igbo.
•    Preserve and promote the Igbo language through modern digital technology.

5. Copyright and Permissions
The project acknowledges and respects all applicable intellectual property rights relating to the underlying Bible text and associated source materials.
Original project materials created specifically for the Igbo Audio Bible Project, including the audio narration, website content, graphics, metadata, and other original materials, are protected under applicable copyright laws unless otherwise stated.

6. Non-Commercial Use
Where made available through this website, the Igbo Audio Bible may be listened to and shared for personal, educational, church, pastoral, and other non-commercial purposes. Users are encouraged to share links to the official NK-Kindness Foundation website rather than redistributing copies of the recordings.

7. Updates
The Igbo Audio Bible Project is a living initiative. Improvements may include enhanced narration, improved audio quality, additional accessibility features, updated website functionality, corrected metadata, supplementary educational resources, and other enhancements that support the long-term development of the project.
