
OUR TEAM
Our team (many of whom are not yet listed below) is made up of dedicated professionals from various fields including social work (migrant support), environmental science, education and community development. Our team works tirelessly to protect the environment and to improve the lives of migrants as well as supporting women and youth in Austria and in developing countries. We are united by a shared desire to turn positive change into reality, each of us bringing a unique perspective to the work we do.

Sandra Ogbonna
[Chairperson]
Sandra Ogbonna is the founder of the NK-Kindness Foundation, with Nigerian roots and Austrian citizenship. She brings over 20 years of experience from Austria and West Africa—shaped by cultural sensitivity, organizational talent, digital competence, and a deep commitment to social causes.

As a multilingual communicator, she has supported countless individuals through administrative procedures, educational institutions, and medical care. Today, she devotes herself full-time to the leadership and development of the NK-Kindness Foundation.

Sandra studied Mass Communication in Nigeria, completed advanced IT training in Austria, and speaks six languages fluently, including Igbo, Pidgin English, Edo, German, and English.
Her work is guided by Christian values, empathy, and a deep desire to offer new hope, dignity, and access to digital opportunities for marginalized communities.
HER VISION:
A world in which social justice, ecological responsibility, and digital inclusion are possible for everyone—both in Austria and across West Africa.

John-Paul Ogbonna
[Team Project]
John-Paul Ogbonna is a multilingual development strategist, certified cybersecurity expert, and state-certified interpreter and translator with over 30 years of experience in Europe and West Africa. As Deputy Project Manager of the NK-Kindness Foundation, he coordinates projects in environmental protection, migrants' integration, youth and women’s empowerment, as well as international development cooperation in Austria and West Africa.
He works independently with the Federal Ministry of the Interior, justice and asylum institutions, as well as with community platforms such as "Fair & Sensibel – Police and Africans." Through his own interpreting agency, Afro-Lingual, he also serves as an expert consultant. His language skills include German, English, Igbo, Pidgin English, and regional dialects such as Abiriba.
