The empowerment of the next generation (boys and girls) is at the heart of our national and international development initiatives. These projects focus on providing young people with education, vocational training, and skill-building opportunities to ensure economic independence and social inclusion. By fostering self-reliance and leadership, we address the root causes of inequality for women and girls, as well as the drivers of youth migration.

Across West Africa, many women, youth, and families have the drive, skills, and ideas to build a better future – but lack access to startup capital. Without formal credit options, they’re often forced into unstable, informal work.

 

The NK-Kindness Foundation is preparing to launch a pilot microfinance initiative that offers interest-free small loans to women and aspiring micro-entrepreneurs. The goal: to support the creation of small businesses in tailoring, food sales, local farming, or trade.

We are in the funding and development phase: 
We aim to provide initial loans between €100 and €400, supported by training, coaching, and follow-up. 

​

No interest is charged: 
We deduct only a symbolic 1% service fee for administration and reserve sustainability. 

​

Transparent & impact-driven: 
Each loan will be tracked, monitored, and transparently reported. As loans are repaid, the funds will rotate to new recipients.
