1. About This Project
The Igbo Audio Bible Project is an independent audio production conceived, narrated, and produced by Chukwudi John-Paul Ogbonna Eke and published, administered, and maintained by NK-Kindness Foundation, Austria. The Project has been established to make the Holy Bible more accessible to Igbo-speaking people throughout the world through high-quality spoken audio while also contributing to the preservation and promotion of the Igbo language. The legal relationship between the Creator and the Publisher is governed by separate agreements relating to intellectual property ownership, publishing, licensing, succession, and the long-term stewardship of the Project.

2. Source Bible Text
The audio recordings are based on the published Igbo Catholic Bible (Baịbụl Nsọ – Nhazi Katọlik), which is derived from the New Revised Standard Version (NRSV) – Catholic Edition.
The underlying written Bible text remains subject to the intellectual property rights of its respective copyright holder(s).

3. Audio Production
The narration, recording, editing, organisation, quality review, chapter structure, metadata, website presentation, and overall production of the Igbo Audio Bible have been independently developed by Chukwudi John-Paul Ogbonna Eke as part of the Igbo Audio Bible Project.

Unless otherwise stated, the original audio narration, voice recordings, editing, organisation, metadata, website content, graphics, documentation, educational materials, and other original materials created specifically for the Igbo Audio Bible Project are the intellectual property of Chukwudi John-Paul Ogbonna Eke.
Their publication, administration, licensing, digital distribution, preservation, and long-term institutional stewardship are governed by the applicable Creator–Publisher Agreement, Intellectual Property Ownership and Exclusive Publishing Licence Agreement, Succession, Long-Term Stewardship and Legacy Preservation Agreement, and the other governance documents relating to the Project.

4. Purpose of the Project
The Igbo Audio Bible Project has been developed for pastoral, faith-based, educational, cultural, and language preservation purposes.
Its principal objectives are to:
•    Make the Holy Bible more accessible to Igbo-speaking communities throughout the
      world.
•    Support elderly persons, individuals living with visual impairments, and people with
      limited literacy skills.
•    Promote engagement with the Holy Scriptures through spoken Igbo.
•    Preserve and promote the Igbo language through modern digital technology.

5. Copyright and Permissions
The Project acknowledges and respects all applicable intellectual property rights relating to the underlying Bible text and associated source materials.
Unless otherwise stated, the original audio narration, recordings, website content, graphics, metadata, documentation, educational materials, and other original materials created specifically for the Igbo Audio Bible Project are protected under applicable copyright laws and remain subject to the ownership and governance arrangements established for the Project.

6. Non-Commercial Use
Where made available through this website, the Igbo Audio Bible may be listened to and shared for personal, educational, church, pastoral, and other non-commercial purposes.
Users are encouraged to share links to the official NK-Kindness Foundation website rather than reproducing or redistributing copies of the recordings unless otherwise authorised.

7. Updates
The Igbo Audio Bible Project is intended to remain a living initiative.
Future developments may include improved narration, enhanced audio quality, additional accessibility features, updated website functionality, corrected metadata, supplementary educational resources, mobile applications, emerging technologies, and other improvements that support the long-term development of the Project.
